LocalSqr app for iPhone and iPad

LocalSqr connects you with your local Farmers Market, farmers, producers and food artisans. We are a new service designed to bring a technology and social layer to Farmers Markets and local food.

Our mission is to make healthy local food accessible to everyone and help local businesses thrive. By downloading LocalSqr and sharing the food you love, you can help us support local farmers, producers, and food artisans across the country.

How it works
Markets - Find your local Farmers Market by name, location or geo-location.
Loyalty - Collect loyalty rewards from participating vendors.
Gallery - Take and share photos of your local markets and see whats happening and available in the real-time gallery.
Scan - Every participating vendor will display their unique LocalSqr QR code for you to scan and learn more about them. If they are also running a loyalty program, you can scan their Loyalty QR code when you pay.
Share - Social discovery plays heavily in LocalSqr. Users can share vendor info and photos through Facebook, Twitter and email.

We are located in New York, where we are working hard connecting with markets, producers and local artisans, but you can help us grow around the country by connecting us to your markets and producers.
The Lack of quality information is one of the main problems with finding local food, so keeping up-to-date and accurate data on local food and its producers is one of our main goals. Please contact us if you see any information that needs to be corrected.
